What type of customer support does Tessera offer?

Tessera offers a dedicated customer support team, available from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6:30 pm ET.

They can be reached via our MVR Service Desk and Criminal Data Service Desk ticketing system. 

Just submit a customer support ticket for any questions or challenges you may be facing, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
